Dr. Rai is the most exceptional surgeon out there! I’d give him 10 stars if I could! He was comforting and reassuring throughout the entire process, from our initial consultation to the phone calls on the weekend just to check on me post op. I truly cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. They are all incredible human beings dedicated to helping each patient on their healing journey. From the very first visit to my very last appointment, he treated me like family. The care, compassion, and genuine concern he shows is something you just don’t find anymore. He made me feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. His bedside manner is truly beyond anything I have ever experienced. And his staff…just as amazing. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Rai being my surgeon. From the very first virtual consult through meeting him on surgery day, he made me feel completely comfortable and truly cared for. I was treated like a human being, not a number.

He personally walked me into the OR, spoke calmly with me, and even rubbed my arms until I was asleep. That level of compassion meant more than he’ll ever know. My results are beyond my expectations, and the care didn’t stop there. He personally called me the night of surgery and again the next day to check on me and talk through my care.

Dr. Rai is an extremely skilled doctor, a wonderfully kind person and truly cares about each and every patient. I had surgery 3/2/2018 and he called me several times to check on me ( even called me from the airport as he was about to board his plane!) to make sure I was doing well after my surgery. His staff is just as awesome!

Hands down the most amazing Dr. I have ever met!!! I was suffering from Breast Implant Illness, and he was very understanding, as this can be a very touchy subject with plastic surgeons. He listened to all my concerns, and was very compassionate. I also had a reduction with implant removal. I am 6 weeks post op and couldn’t be more thrilled with my results!!
